COVID-19 test-to-treat

In collaboration with the California Department of Public Health (CDPH), the Wealth by Health Foundation is a COVID-19 Test-to-Treat provider location with accessible testing, medical visits, and medication. We are now providing immediate telehealth appointments and treatment services to people who test positive for COVID-19 when their primary care provider (PCP) is unavailable. Our team will work closely with you to manage your medical care and ensure the most optimal treatment outcomes.

As COVID-19 continues to ravage the world and mutate, the most effective prevention method is still to get vaccinated to keep you and your family safe.  The Wealth by Health Foundation hosts pop-up clinics where you can get free COVID-19 Rapid Test Kits and get vaccinated on-site. Wealth by Health offers FREE at-home COVID-19 test kits. If you need a test kit, feel free to pick up anytime during our business hours listed below. No appointments are necessary.

 

Please note: If you are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19, please have a household member or friend pick up a test kit on your behalf.

Patients that test positive for COVID-19, are symptomatic, and over 12 years old may be eligible for COVID-19 Therapeutics. To schedule a telehealth appointment, please fill out the form here:

To prepare for your telehealth visit, please have ready the following: 1) Valid ID, 

2) COVID-19 Test Result, 

3) A list of any medications you are currently taking.

3 COVID-19 Treatment

After a telehealth visit, your healthcare provider will determine your next course of action for COVID-19 treatment - whether therapeutics is best for you.

For emergencies please dial 911 or go to your nearest hospital emergency room.

Go to the hospital or seek emergency medical attention right away if you develop severe COVID-19 symptoms, including:

  • Trouble breathing

  • Persistent pain or pressure in the chest

  • New confusion

  • Inability to wake or stay awake

  • Pale, gray, or blue-colored skin, lips, or nail beds, depending on skin tone
