DESCRIPTION: International Medical Mission
Wealth by Health will be working with local counterparts in Indonesia to serve patients from the outskirts of Jakarta and in Semarang who face challenges in accessing health care - including dental, medical, vision and eastern medicine. Healthcare providers are greatly needed to render vital health care services for this population. Providers needed include dentists, optometrists, ophthalmologists, medical doctors, acupuncturists, pharmacists, RDHs, RDAs, & RNs.

Due to implications resulting from the earthquake that struck Indonesia's Java Island, Wealth by Health has decided to postpone the medical mission for the safety of all our participants. Postponed date will be around mid-April. More details are to follow.

DESCRIPTION: Senior Appreciation Day
Seniors have paved the way and made things possible for us to have the opportunities we have today. One of the best ways to demonstrate our appreciation is to ensure that our communities are good places to grow older- from improving the quality of health care to shifting our attitudes towards aging. Addressing the social determinants of health, tackling social isolation, and creating age-friendly communities are equally important components in our work.
In celebration of National Senior's Day and in appreciation of the seniors in our local community, we are hosting a luncheon on August 21st to provide seniors with a meal & live entertainment in a warm & welcoming atmosphere during these times.
